Contract between Team Leader & Team Member - $299 CAD

Building a real estate team is building a business. You can’t leave the framework of your business to blog posts that were likely written by AI, or untested contracts of unknown origin.

This is the opportunity to purchase a tried and tested 14-page contract that was written in consultation with a corporate lawyer, that forms the backbone of our thriving business model.

Having a clearly defined relationship with your team members avoids conflict and disputes, helps you retain team members longer, and makes you more money.

Yes, you could do it yourself. But you can't anticipate everything, and chances are, you don’t have the time to put in the work to get it right, or the budget to consult with a lawyer to make sure it’s right.

Also, this is more than a contract. It is a business model. It covers topics such as:

  • Commission splits

  • Costs - who pays what?

  • Vacation coverage

  • Bonus structure

  • Termination of the contract

  • Non-compete clause

If you are starting a real estate team, this is the single most important investment you will make in your business.

This contract covers the team leader/team member relationship, and comes in an editable word file so you can make it your own. Use what you like, edit what you don’t, but know that you are starting with the framework that built in the #1 RE/MAX Team in Manitoba for five consecutive years.
